Hello family and friends. I am the owner and head Chef of Y Dees Jamaican Diner in Dudley, West Midlands.
Here at Y Dee's we don’t just care about the food, we also care about our customers. Our desire is to give our customers 100% satisfaction and nothing less.
Running a restaurant for us is not all about staying on top of our bottom line. It's about serving our customers, seeing the smile their faces and the satisfaction and joy that they gain from eating and tasting our food.
Our Journey
We have been operating for the last 14 years and it has been quite a journey. It's an experience that I would not change for anything.
We began our journey providing Caribbean food from a 6 foot food van and emerged from a 6 foot food van to a 10 foot food van, then from a 10 foot food van to a 16 foot food van and from a 16 foot food van to a takeaway, then from a takeaway to a restaurant.
We also do outside catering such as weddings funerals christening parties of all different sizes, indoors and outdoors.
